ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการซื้อขายเฟอร์นิเจอร์



- การสั่งซื้อสินค้า

ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกซื้อเฟอร์นิเจอร์สำเร็จรูปหรือสั่งทำตามแบบเฉพาะ (Custom-made) การสั่งทำเฟอร์นิเจอร์จะเริ่มผลิตหลังจากได้รับการยืนยันแบบและชำระเงินมัดจำเรียบร้อยแล้ว

- การชำระเงิน

มัดจำ 50% ของมูลค่าสินค้าทั้งหมดก่อนเริ่มงาน ส่วนที่เหลือชำระเมื่อสินค้าส่งมอบหรือก่อนจัดส่ง 1 วัน

- ระยะเวลาในการผลิตและจัดส่ง

เฟอร์นิเจอร์สำเร็จรูปจะจัดส่งภายใน 3-7 วันทำการ เฟอร์นิเจอร์สั่งทำ ใช้เวลาผลิต 15-45 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับแบบและวัสดุ การจัดส่งเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขพื้นที่และระยะทาง

- การรับประกันสินค้า

รับประกันโครงสร้างเฟอร์นิเจอร์นาน 1 ปี นับจากวันที่จัดส่งหรือส่งมอบ ไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่เหมาะสม

- การยกเลิก/เปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งซื้อ

ไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือขอคืนเงินสำหรับสินค้าสั่งทำ สำหรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูป หากสินค้าไม่สมบูรณ์สามารถเปลี่ยน/คืนได้ภายใน 7 วัน สินค้าไม่เสียหายและถูกใช้งานใดๆ

- การจัดส่งและติดตั้ง

มีบริการติดตั้งในบางพื้นที่ กรุณาติดต่อสอบถามก่อนสั่งซื้อ

- ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

แบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่พัฒนาโดยร้านถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของบริษัท ห้ามลอกเลียนแบบหรือนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

- การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Furniture Sales and Custom Orders

- Order Policy

Customers may purchase ready-made furniture or place custom-made orders. Production for custom furniture begins only after design approval and deposit payment.

- Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or upon delivery.

- Production and Delivery Timeline

Ready-made items are delivered within 3-7 business days. Custom-made items take 15-45 days to produce, depending on the design and materials. Delivery times may vary based on location and logistics.

- Warranty

A 1-year structural warranty is provided from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

- Order Cancellation and Changes

Custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after confirmation. Ready-made products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

- Delivery & Installation

Installation service is available in selected areas. Please contact us to confirm availability. Customers must ensure the space is accessible and ready before delivery and installation.

- Intellectual Property

All furniture designs created by our team are the intellectual property of the company. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

- Policy Changes

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
